George Elliott Clarke is an Africadian poet, celebrated for his poem-novels (Whylah Falls, Execution Poems, and I & I), plays/libretti (Beatrice Chancyand Trudeau: Long March / Shining Path), novel (George & Rue), and poetry (Blue, Black, and Red). Blessed with awards, appointments, and prizes, he is currently the 4th Poet Laureate of Toronto and 2002 the Governor General’s Literary Awards for Poetry .His latest book is Illicit Sonnets.

Last month I found out George reviewed my new book Inhaling the Silence for ARC Poetry magazine.  I was so glad! Cannot wait to read it! It should be in ARC #73 issue and should be in book stores in Mar, 2014.
