Each year, Marty Gervais teams up with Windsor’s City’s Cultural Affairs Office to present Poetry at the Manor, an intimate evening of poetry and storytelling at Willistead Manor. This year was another success with 5 poets laureate from across Canada to read to Windsor audiences.

Thanks to artists in Shanghai and Hongkong for selecting my poems in Chinese to display in Shanghai, China “【诗歌展】上海日常之美诗歌展隆重开幕”

… One of them is “Still Life” in Chinese (靜物). Friends in Shanghai can go to the exhibition center to take a look. I never thought poetry could be displayed like this, simple yet beautiful.

In 2013, “Still Life” was selected for Poetry in Transit in Canada to display on buses in 13 cities across Canada.
