My Shape Poem to Celebrate Canada Day!

the red maple (Poem for Canada Day) 2016
view details on Lovingsister.com, thanks.

Join us to celebrate Canada Day! I and our Youth Poet Laureate: Rebecca Zseder each will read a poem during the Official Ceremony.

Mine is a shape poem inspired by the Group of Seven’s paintings: The West Wind, The Red Maple.  I hope to see you at Celebration Square on July 1.  I also wrote A Rite for Mississauga
